You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free.

How returns work.

Email support@owl-village.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll send your free return instructions within 24 hours and refund your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving it.

Something damaged, faulty or missing? Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. Stop using a toy if it is damaged.

Bought through Amazon or another marketplace? Use the return option on that order.
