Can I return it?

Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

Something arrived damaged, faulty or with pieces missing?

Email a photo to support@owl-village.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send anything back.

How do I start a return?

Email support@owl-village.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll send your free return instructions within 24 hours. Buy with Prime orders can be dropped off at a UPS Store, Whole Foods Market or Amazon store with no box or label.

When do I get my money back?

We refund your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 3-5 more business days to show it.
